Visiting Chatham by boat? Outermost Harbor Marine offers transient dockage for boats up to 55 feet, with availability for slips, moorings, and rack storage. Conveniently located for access to Chatham Harbor, the Atlantic, and Nantucket Sound.
- Transient space is limited during peak boating season, and reservations are required.
- A one-night minimum applies to transient reservations.
- Trailering and launching at the marina is available for a $11 per foot ramp fee.
- Discounted rates may be available for extended stays and shoulder-season visits.

Why cruisers stop here
Chatham is the elbow of Cape Cod — the natural stopover between Nantucket Sound and the outer Cape, and one of the prettiest harbors on the coast to spend a night in. We are just inside the Chatham inlet, so there is minimal harbor transit to open water, and there is a fuel dock and ship’s store on site.
If something on the boat needs attention, our service department works on transient boats too — a Yamaha or Mercury issue can actually get fixed before you leave, which is rarer in a stopover than it should be.

We are at 83 Seagull Road, walkable to a quiet corner of Chatham and a short ride to Main Street. The seal colonies are resident all season, and if you have ever wanted to see a great white, this is the place on the east coast to do it.
