Outermost Harbor Master Mariner’s Program (Captain Services) is available to assist our members and guests while aboard their boats. Peace of mind is the number one thing that all mariners strive for on the water. OHM’s crew of Master Certified Captains are at your service. Hire a captain for anything from docking practice, a day out to the Islands or a day of fishing!
