Summer is winding down, and two things are happening at once: our 2026 inventory is discounted, and a handful of slips, racks and moorings have come open for next season.
Those spaces are going to our boat buyers first.
A Few Spaces, Offered to Boat Buyers First
If you have ever asked us about dockage in Chatham, you already know the answer is usually a waitlist. We run at full occupancy, spaces move in a narrow window each autumn, and the list is measured in years, not months.
Right now we have a small number of slips, racks and moorings open for next season — and boats bought through Outermost Harbor go into them before they are offered to the waitlist.
That is the whole offer, and it is the rare one. Buy the boat here, and the hardest part of owning it on the Lower Cape — somewhere to keep it — is handled at the same time.
The spaces are limited and they will not last the season. Once they are gone, the next opening goes back to the list.

End of season is genuinely the best time to buy one. The boats are here now, the pricing is better than it will be in spring, and you are not competing with everyone else who waited until the weather turned.
Not Seeing the One You Want? Order It.
If what you are after is not on the lot, this is the right moment to place an order rather than settle for what is left in April.
Ordering now means you choose the boat and the options — the layout, the power, the electronics, the finish — instead of picking from whatever is available when the season starts. Build slots fill up over the winter, and a boat ordered in the autumn is a boat that is ready when you want to use it.
